Late 2009 MBP 15" HD Swap

Hello everyone, my girlfriend has a late 2009 Macbook Pro 15" with Mac os 10.6.8. She bought a new Samsung SSD. I installed it in her Macbook and put the her old HD in an enclosure. I can boot the machine via her old HD though usb. She does not have the os disk that originally came with her machine. What do i need to do in order to install the os on it? I know with never machines you can use internet recovery, but thats not an option in her case. I already partitioned her new SSD.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
