Late 2009 White Battery Health

I'm just wondering what you think about the condition of my battery.

I still get a good 4 to 5 hours of web browsing/music playing/garage band(ing). I bought the laptop about 1.5 years ago off ebay as a refurb unit. I think it was used in an office environment before that.

I'm about to move to a remote area, where it will be difficult to acquire a new battery. Should I preform some preventative maintenance and replace the battery?
