My late 2010 MBP is starting to show some signs of wear, two of the rubber feet are gone, the hinge is loose on the lid, my hdd is noisy as hell and my mini-dv port is a little wonky (have to contort HDMI cable to make it work correctly).

Should I call support and send this guy in or take him to my local genius bar. I had to send it in for repairs once already about a year and a half ago. This is the first time I've lived anywhere with a local apple store and have never dealt with them directly.

any suggestions?

Sorry if this is a silly question...but is your Applecare coverage still in effect, or has it run out?
