Is anyone using an Intel 330 SSD in their Late 2011 13" MBP with the Macbook Pro EFI Firmware Update 2.3 update installed?

I read online that Intel's SSDs tend to cause kernel panics and freezing before the update was made public in September 2011.

I would like to know if it has resolve the problem encountered.
