Late 2011 MBP doesn't always turns on

I have a 13-inch late 2011 MacBook Pro running Lion. The battery after being plugged in for days will suddenly not have any charge and it doesn't always turn on. The Coconut battery app says the battery says the battery status is good and that the design capacity is 5770mAh and the maximum charge is 5423 mAh.

I have performed a PRAM and SMC reset.

Running the Apple Hardware Test found no problems.

Any suggestions so it works more consistent is appreciated.
