Hi guys,

My iMac is freezing and then rebooting for no reason.

How do I know what causes it?

Thanks

Actually I have a very uncommon procedure, I own 2 similar iMacs (2012/2013) in different places, and as I travel between one and the other, I always take the memory. I use the same sticks in both. I replaced them yesterday, yes.

Now I found that it only seems to freeze + reboot when I'm exporting a FCPX project.
Is there any report issued by the system saying why it crashed?

I'm wondering if the frequent removal/reinstallation of the RAM could have damaged the RAM or the slots?

Suggestion:
Pay a little money.
Get RAM for BOTH of them.

Hi, I removed them and put them back again and it's good now.
Thanks for the help guys.
