I downloaded the recent update to 10.9.2 and it crashed while it was installing. Now, when I start up it won't let me load any program and when I command-option-escape, it says finder isn't responding.

I can boot into safe mode, but there seems to be some graphic glitch (slow, especially when opening apps screen--it keeps reloading the images). It says 10.9.2 is installed.

In safe mode I verified the disk, and repair disk permissions as well. What do I need to do to fix or test it? It is my work computer. :(
