late 2013 16GB RAM refurbs?

Well since I missed out on the late 2013 mbp 13" refurbs does anyone think we will see refurbs become available with 16GB of Ram or is that still going to be limited to new BTO only?

I've had my eye on the 2.6ghz/16GB/512 SSD for awhile :apple:
