It looks like the 13" gets ~ 7 hours and 40 minutes under windows and 11 hours and 18 minutes under Mac OSX http://www.engadget.com/2013/10/29/macbook-pro-with-retina-display-review-13-inch-2013/ So the windows side is getting about 70% the battery of the mac os x side under identical conditions. One could assume that the 15" is similar?
