Late 2013 Haswell: Running games in VMware I read of Bootcamp work well?

So I have the $2600 model and don't really want to run Windows in Bootcamp.

Will I able to use the full potential of the graphics cards running the games in VMware or the performance will be significantly reduced?

It will be significantly reduced. For non-demanding games, it won't make much difference though.
