Late 2013 iMac Pricing question - need answer quick!

I apologise for another thread but someone is selling a late 2013 iMac, 21.5" with 2.7GHZ Intel core i5, 8GB

They are asking for £500, is this reasonable? It seems it but wanted to check. It's in very good condition.
