Late 2013 MacBook Pro Retina keyboard query

Hi.

I have the late 2013 model and I was wondering if the UK versions are different to the other versions? On other versions I have seen, on the keyboard, words such as "caps lock", "shift", "return", "enter" and "command".

On mine, you just get the symbols, any reason for this?

Keyboards will differ depending on region
