Any slowdowns with the latest version of Catalina and serious bugs ?

What do you do with your Mac?

If you use any 32bit apps, then do not upgrade to Catalina.

It depends on who you ask.

It appears that most have not had any problems with Catalina, but many have had experienced some problems.

While all new versions of MacOS tend to have issues in the beginning, Catalina does seem to be having more issues than usual, and from what I have seen, some serious issues. Also, Catalina isn't exactly new, and this far into its release I would expect it to be more stable than what I have seen on the forum.

My advice would be that if you are happy with Mojave and there isn't any reason to upgrade to Catalina other than you can, I would just stick with Mojave.

If you decide to try Catalina, I would keep a bootable back up of your Mac with Mojave that you can quickly go back to if needed.
