Hi

I have a late 2013 15" MBP - will the graphics card be able to drive either of these LG displays and, if so, what is the best way to connect - there are 2xThunderbolt 2 ports and an HDMI port + USB3 x2 on this model. Would I need Thunderbolt to USB-C converters?

The displays I'm interested in are:

1. LG 38WK95C 38" 21:9 WQHD+ (3840x1600) IPS Display

2. LG 43UD79 43" 4K UHD (3840x2160)
https://www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-43UD79

MBP specs are:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Any advice much appreciated - many thanks
