Hi all,

Bought a macbook book a couple of weeks ago. Returned the first one due to a fan issue. The second one I have now seems to be making a loud clicking sound when the left side of the touch pad is pressed.

Similar to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMcxWSnSkSc

Is this normal or should I be paying yet another visit to the store to exchange it?

Thanks!

Yeah I heard some were having issues with the clicking. Take it to apple store and see if they will fix it for your or exchange the machine!

Thanks for the response!

Went and exchanged the macbook for a new one. This right side of this one clearly makes a louder sound then the left side. Not sure if it is worth exchanging again...

That is weird. If still it bothers you, then take it back and show them but I never use the click, just tap on it!
