Hi
i'm well aware of the recent issues with 2015-2017 macbook pro models and popping crackling noises.
I've been experience that in a late 2013 macbook pro model
Most of the times it is docked in a desktop table (physically well treated no dents no scratches)
I've been wondering if it's due to the fact that i use CPU and GPU intensive tasks that heat up and cause heat expansion and contraction noises, subsequently causing creak/pop noises besides the normal fan noise.
I must say when this happens it runs smoothly (no kernel panics or crashes).
Have anyone experienced similar issue on <2015 macbook pro models ?
