the display is amazing and you do see a difference between last years which I had and this years with the improved gamut.

I had slight light leakage issues with last years retina iMac nothing too serious.

This one I'm so amazed with. It's perfect. No visible to the eye light leaks, perfect white balance

This is a screenshot of full brightness in a dark room.

my $7k ****** samsung JS9500 TV is a joke with light leakage

It was worth upgrading imo.
