Late 2016 MBP when using external monitors -- major graphics failure

Loving my tbMBP
Running on just the internal screen, no problem. Past couple days this happens (see images) when running on a LG UltraFine 5K and a 4K LG... After about 5-10 minutes this starts... days preceding this the fan was on ALOT.

Have a support ticket open with Apple --

And of course my computer is about 13 months old...

Im guessing the discrete graphics chip is dying
