Late iMac 2009 SSD advice

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has any guides/advice on how to do replace my Optical Drive with an SSD drive on my late 2009 iMac and also what HDD/SSD enclosure to use?

I was looking at them Optibays but they seem rather expensive for what they do!

I am looking to drop in a Vertex 3 SSD Drive I know I will not get the full speed because of the lack of SATA-6 support in my iMac but it does seem to be the best on the market at the moment!
