Latency with Appel Pencil 2 partly very high

I have an iPad Pro 11 M2 and the Apple Pencil 2 and the latency in some apps is quite high. It fits reasonably well in Notes, but it is especially noticeable in Sketchbook. When I quickly draw a line from one side to the other with the pencil, you can clearly see it. Is this normal? Why is this not the same in the different apps? For 150 Euros I would have expected more. Freeform is semi good, but not without latency.
