I dont know if anyone has used them with there MBP or not. But I just learned that you can controll the Volume with the remote on the head phones to the MBP. I think these were originaly suppose to be for the iPhone and iPod Touch. But they work with the MB/MBP too.

Yeah I know, WOW what a discovery. I think it's interesting and it might be helpful to someone.....

I think in either the intro to the unibody keynote or when they announced the new earphones keynote, that functionality was introduced.
 
I just love the fact that these ear phones are great. Yeah I paid $79.99 for them from the Apple Store, but to find out that I can use them for the MBP in addition to the iPhone is a welcome to me. It helps on trips when you dont want everyone around you to hear the movie or music your playing.
 
Yeah, those work great. For those to work great, all the others do not work very well...

These apple notebooks are becoming a joke...

I think you're easily impressed. Volume control on earphones? Welcome to the '90s.
