Latest firmware&baseband that can be software unlocked on the at&t iphone 4

Hello im trying to buy an iphone 4 to be used on tmobile, i know a gevey can be used as a hardware unlock for firmware 4.3.3, 4.3.5 baseband 4.10.01. I was wondering what is the latest software unlock thats possible and which firmware does it come with? It wouldnt be the 1.59.0.0 bb would it?

Only 1.59. can be software unlocked. Anything after that upto 4.3.5 will need a Gevey sim

awww really, so firmware 4.0.1 bb 1.59 is the last software unlock =/ thanks paulyD
