Just spotted this pleasant surprise in my Mac App Store updates giving mention to our old PowerPC's:
Browsing through this newly added dimension shows the PowerPC G3 processor kicked off at a 250nm manufacturing process, scaling down to 130nm on the later G4s and G5s.
This is now a 5nm process on Apple Silicon. How small can we go?
