According to related medias reports, Apple company may release the update of iOS 7.1 system at iTunes Festival which will open at next week., in case make sure to support the music concert Apps.
Why is it comes at this Festival? It is said that the new iTunes Festival music concert apps must run with the iOS 7.1, so it follows, this patch of Apple mobile device operating system's latest upgrade will be released recently.
As all we know, iOS 7 has a number of bugs which are still not fixed well, and these make the users worried and disappointed. What’s the most popular, it is the system will be crashed when we use the new multitasking interface. In addition, Safari browser also meet the flash-backs.
And so far, there are 5 testing versions of iOS 7.1 released, the latest version is published at the beginning of Feb, which add the more natural Siri voice.
There is also a kind of saying that Apple company are preparing for a new upgrade of software, so that enhancing the function of Touch ID. If so, it will solve the problem of intermittent failure of fingerprint recognition which the iPhone 5s users usually meet.

So what do you think of it?

I think it would be in their best interest to release it BEFORE next week....this will give them a window period to make sure it truly is ready for next week. The way Apple has been testing stuff lately and the whole design of iOS7 not being ready leaves one wondering what's going to happen when 7.1 is released. Apple must restore our faith in a working product like it did with iOS6. It just worked and for everyone, not so much with iOS7.

not necessary...
they can release lot streaming app individually and let iOS 7.1 takes it time to mature...
