Does the latest (6/12) offering of the 13" MBP exhibit much fan noise on the internet with videos, streaming, and flash? Does the newer i5/i7 cpu moderate the use of the fan? I presently have a 2009 MBP, and the fan's often running a lot with video, streaming, and flash. I know flash is problematic, but does the new cpu deal with the fan and heat issue? Thanks.

I have the mid-2012 13" cMBP, the fan is (of course) always running, but it is very, very quiet.

According to iStat, my fan is running around 2,000 rpm, but it's almost silent.

Even when I've been doing something intensive (like video or photo editing) the fan noise is rarely that noticeable to me. Much quieter in fact that my old late-2007 MBP, which would kick up its fans when the processor was pushed.

Flash is still a resource hog and it still causes high CPU usage and fan noise. Probably less than in your 2009 model though.
