Latest way to backup cydia and jailbroken changes?

I just jailbroke for the first time and have spent the last 2 days continuously making changes. I really don't want to lose all the stuff i've done :eek: is it possible to back up all the jailbroken stuff and restore it after apple releases the update Friday?
