It's a feature of the forum software. If you type a thread title LIKE THIS, it will appear Like this. There's also a limit to the ammount of characters you can have without a space:

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
