Um, it's a baby laughing at silly sounds for a minute and a half. Nothing special here IMO. Have you not seen babies laugh before? This is pretty much normal behavior for them, nothing out of the ordinary...
This is no different than watching a video of a baby playing with its toes or something along those lines - pretty standard behavior really.

Yeah....which is scary, not funny, although more interesting than Shard described it. He's a commie though, so he doesn't matter.

I like watching babies laugh. It's a guaranteed day-brightener.
I've got a video of my own granddaughter doing the same thing: someone's making noises, and the baby is just about splitting her sides laughing.
You'd just love to know what's going on inside their little heads.
As far as the Russian jokes...is there something I'm missing? There was an old gag which originated before Smirnoff, all the way back on Laugh-In: "Is very good to watch television in United States. In old country, every room has TV set, but it watches you."
Are these gags just variations on that?
