I have no pre-order, but will stores such as Wal-mart (open 24 hours) be selling them at 12:01 or do we have to wait til 10:00am?

The consensus from other threads is that they may do an 8:00am launch at Apple stores, and normal opening-time for Best Buy and Walmart, etc.
okay. I called my Wal-Mart and this the first year they are doing it so I expect no lines

well my walmarts open 24 hours so I wanted to get an idea of what time to be there...I dont wanna be the guy showing up at 12:01 "hey gimme my ipad or die"
