Launch day line up still???

What do you guys think of launch day line up that now apple guarantees shipment on the 14th and people being able to pre-order this year?

And thoughts on the level of scalping this year?

I am guessing apple spent extra months building up the supply leading up to launch day to avoid shortages like last year.

Apple is still showing shipping by the 14th so I don't really see any point in waiting. I was originally going to wait in line, but woke up about an hour ago and got a white 16GB without any hiccup.
