launchd has been causing me lots of issues. According to iStatPro, i have three launchd's running, using 125 megs of ram. CPU hovers around 10%. I've rebooted lots of times over the weeks, but there's got to be some core issue I'm missing.
mds (spotlight) takes up the most virtual memory according to Activity Monitor. Oddly, launchd in Activity Monitor doesn't really match.
Everything is just sluggish. Spaces animation has only about 2 frames, and everything just sucks!
