launching a shell script at wake up ?

i currently have a problem with the fan of my mini which is running at full speed

i've found on this forum a shell script to slow it down to 1500 rpm and keep the machine quiet

the shell script is no working after the mac goes back from sleep

how can i do to make the script work by itself ?
