launching application through dock with window mode by default?

hi,

i'm trying to get the program warcraft 3 to launch in window mode by default when i open it from dock.

i can launch war3 through shell command, and i'm pretty sure it can be launched in window mode from command line, but i'm not sure how to modify the command with the proper parameters for window mode
