Launching web links automatically

Just wondering if it's possible to launch a web link automatically via timer on OS X, by way of script or application? eg. There is an Apple conference stream set for 1pm, when I'm away from my desk or just in case I forget, the web browser launches the link the stream is on at 1pm automatically. Tx.

You might give scheduler for mac a try. I haven't tested it myself, but it claims to do what you ask.

I've always used AppleScripts/Automator and iCal to achieve that. Not the easiest, but it works.
