Launchpad Background keep changing

There is a technique that changes the background of Launchpad to whether it is clear, black and white, blurred or blurred black and white.

Now, I am a fan of the blurred black and white background, but every time that I restarted my mac, it will go back to blurred colored.

Does any one experienced this? How to fix it?
