Launchpad keyboard shortcut?

Is there a default shortcut to start Launchpad, or do you have to set one up manually?

The default keyboard shortcut for Launchpad (which wasn't obvious) isn't a 4 fingered swipe or anything like that, but a 4 fingered + thumb pinch. Basically put all your fingers and thumb on the trackpad, and pinch them together.

That's not a keyboard shortcut, but a trackpad shortcut. I just added a keyboard on here sine I have a Desktop with a mouse. Go to the Keyboard Preference Pane and click on Shortcuts. Click on Launchpad & Dock and then Click on the Launchpad Shortcut button and assign anything your heart desires to bring it up (e.g. CMD-L here now).
