Launchpad/Mission Control Issues

When I open launchpad the background is not the usual background, it is a grey-ish color. And also when I open Mission Control it doesn't zoom out, it just show the open windows.

If you can figure out why your Mission Control does that, please let me know! I know a lot of people who liked Expose and never used spaces and wants to get rid of that part of mission control!

Yes, this is an irritating problem that I also confront every once in a while...

Simple solution, though, trash the MacintoshHD/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist file and the problem will be solved after you restart...
