Launchpad wont upload all apps icons

Not really a big problem, but it annoys the **** out of me.
From past few days i've seen problem with my launchpad that it doesn't load all my apps icons, even though it opens them fine and all my apps icons do show up on finder and apps.

Yeah this is the solution:

rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dock/*.db ; killall Dock

but it messes up your launchpad organization.
