Law student notetaking appn

Hi, i'm doing law at university. i have to download lots of Mp3 lecture recordings as well as record my own audio notes so i'd also like to import/export files. I would like to be able to have an easy-to-view calender as well as a planning element (per subject), as in Schoolhouse. The concept of syncing would also be great. From searching for applications I'm really confused about which would be best. Any ideas of which application would be best or which would work best in conjunction? Thanks
