I didn't see this anywhere else but thought it was awesome/creative.

A lawyer submitted a 5 page cartoon to the court...

This looks real, but can anyone (lawyers with access) verify it?

A cartoon amicus brief outlining objections to the Dept of Justice
suit . . . (the lawyer was asked to cut his brief down to 5 pg, so
this is what he did!). I guess some lawyers actually have a sense of humor....

Pretty great arguments for a cartoon....

Yeah, I agree, but I'm stunned as why no news organizations picked up on it, and only one comment here.

Has the world gone dumb?

I understand it with a background in Econ, Biz, and Law, but it was definitely complex without prior exposure to those fields.

Great way to present a complex case of arcane legalities and droning precedents.

This might be a great way for talented cartoonists to make a living. Dilbert presenting a complex business law case and the opposition represented by the Pointy Haired boss.

Some lawyers and judges do have a sense of humor...

Here for your enjoyment, and it is worth reading, is a Montana workers compensation case decision that has it all:

Morons.
A grizzly bear.
A moron being mauled by a grizzly bear.
A little morning Marijuana pick-me-up.
A lying sack of **** employer.
Bad judgement veering off towards idiocy, and...
White Castle hamburgers.

Plus a judge with a sense of humor and style.

Enjoy
