Just watched Lawyers.com commercial and I saw a guy holding a laptop. For a second it looked like a Viao. Anyway it had a touch screen and he was optimizing and minimizing using his fingers just like the iPad or iPhone/touch. How awesome would that be for the next generation MBP?

Maximizing and minimizing?

At any rate, I don't really care about a laptop having a touch screen. I had a Dell with a touch screen that I sold last month. The capacitative layer made the screen very blotchy, as is seen on an iPhone with a "anti-glare" screen protector, except worse.

Let me rephrase. Zoom in and zoom out.

Either way, unless Apple uses the same kind of capacitative (glass) layer that they use on the iPhone, I would never use multitouch on my laptop.

Even then, I would generally stick with keyboard and mouse.
