Layout changes after publishing website

Hi there.

I just created my website using iWeb '09 and published it, but I noticed that a picture I used in the main page is inverted on the published website. The picture is exactly as I want it to be inside iWeb, but when I publish the website it gets inverted for some reason.

I really need to put this website to work asap, so any help would be very important.

note: I used FTP to publish the website, not MobileMe.
