What's the difference between the LCIII on the top and the one on the bottom?

It's a III+ (Performa 460 or 467) vs. a III (Performa 450).

Auto Inject vs. Manual Inject floppy drive.

The manual version is from the "cheapening" era. When they switched from Sony as a sole source for many components. It's otherwise the same machine save for the chassis changes and different floppy drive.

Along with that the floppy drives are a different height so one top wont work on the other unless you transplant the floppy also.

Also, the LCIII+ requires a different "System Enabler" version for System 7.1
