LCD replacement on Powerbook 5,4

i have trouble and i need your attentium to resolve problem notebook

question is i have matrix lcd display from titanium powerbook G4
i and ihave powerbook g4 aluminium 1.5ghz (powerbook 5.4)
so it possible to change this display with display from powerbook titanium ?



and i have second question
with powerbook how make it faster
what if i put 2 gigs of of ram
and if i will boot from fw harddrive will it be faster works?
