Leaked new G5 iMac picture

Yeah, I've seen that before. I'm pretty sure it was decided that it was a fraud, and they put a display from another company into an Apple box.

No worries. But the community at large decided it was a fake. For a number of reasons.

It is interesting that just a few days t go, and there is no definitive info on the new iMacs. The sources must really be keeping a secret. Usually by this time, some form info is published on at least one of the rumor type sites. This announcement, although we know the gist, seems locked down pretty tight.

This has already been discussed on MacRumors in various other threads (I believe Duff-Man quoted them above) and is definitely fake.

Well, not quite, because this time we know there is a new G5 iMac and we know that's it's coming soon. But it is quite impressive that definitive specs have not been released yet. When it comes to the new G5 iMac, it's not a question of "if", it's a question if "when" and "what are the specs". :cool:

It's already been confirmed on Apple Inisider's forums. The source of the pictures said that it is a hoax, and that he only did it because he was tired of not seeing anything new on AI.com

I know they are coming, but I don't think we will see them know, but we will see with the keynote. Can't wait!!
 
Will the keynote be made available online like at WWDC 04? (that was my first keynote speech i saw, since I've only been using Macs for few months)

I hope so, because pictures are good, but i like watching all of it :)
