iPod touch Leaked photos of iPod Touch 3rd Gen? Photoshopped or real?

Could they be real, or have they been photoshopped? I hope these photos have not already been posted on another thread. Please let me know if they have.

Can't imagine they'd use a used back case on a prototype.

Not to mention the horridness of the look of that camera.

The camera icon could easily be faked, and the Dock doesn't currently have a reflection.

Neither are ever on prototypes, I don't think. You can tell that while the capacity is there, neither are there, as you can see blank back where they normally would be.

and why would they put the microphone right next to the speaker, they would interfere if you are making a skype call... unless apple still wants you to use a earbud and mic combo to do that...

well, the capacity is 16 gb. i can tell that much. i plated around with the pic in PS a bit. it didn't do anything. the reflection is too bright. something says fishy.

I am going with the shots of the springboard is of a jailbroken iPod.... apple haven't used reflective dock since 1.1x but this: https://www.macrumors.com/2009/08/14/images-of-next-generation-ipod-touch-surface/ seems to backup the camera placement
