This video is clearly fake. Look at the date it was posted "January 12th 2012" the interal version of iOS 6 probably wasn't even stable enough to run on a device at that point let alone be leaked into the public domain, which we know it wasn't.
 
I wonder how he managed to do this then. This capability can not be found anywhere. And you know how Apple works with devs to improve Siri.

That doesn't matter. Siri Inc. was created in 2007, it could have went into any version of iOS.

Apple has been working closely with this company for a long time. They are poised to release it during the same time they are releasing a lot of the "on-the-go" features, iOS6 is a very travel-oriented release. The jailbreak community does not know about this.
