Remember how the Slate 5 had an all black box? Well so did the space grey - except with a grey box. I acquired one and I thought I would show you guys what the box could have looked like.

From a cost perspective, I think apple chose all white boxes to save money (just one white box to print 3 different iPhone colors on). That and I remember fondly 4 had a black fronting box while 4s also had a white box for their black iPhones. I sense a trend.
 
Just curious, but couldn't this technically just be a 5 box that he photoshopped, I mean it's not like we are given a great shot or many different angles either
 
How's the internet speed with the grey box? Any dropped calls? Benchmarks?
 
Wow! That box is AMAZING!!! I am SOOOO mad I am not getting one with my grey phone. This thread is making me sad.

good lord, GUYS, its a box.....man, amazing. aapl can make toilet paper and it would sell like hotcakes
 
Really glad this thread was made. Now I can sleep soundly tonight knowing what the leaked grey prototype box looks like. Couldn't sleep well before.. :confused: :mad:
