Leaking 'Upload' network speed?

Hi guys.

i have iStat Menus 4 installed. One of my favourite stats is the 'upload/download'. When I'm not surfing it shows around 100-200kbs uploads.

I am using Airport express to stream some music to my speakers..

Does the iStat Menus show ALL outgoing 'local wi-fi+ internet' activity, or simply INTERNET based activity?

If its just internet, then there seems to be some weird uploading happening?

Clean and easy answer, it shows all data transferred over that network, so if you are connected over wifi to the internet and stream music these will all show up.
