You'll only be able to know the screen manufacturer when you've bought your MB because the information is only accessible through turning on your MacBook & looking up that information in Mac OS X.
Do the following in Mac OS X:
System Preferences --> Displays --> Color --> (Display Profile) Color LCD --> Open Profile --> #13.
